I Live In A Duplex, Upon Moving In 2yrs Feb

I live in a duplex, upon moving in 2yrs Feb i detected mold on bathroom ceiling, the mananger painted over it. My neighbor in the duplex had a whole wall and room infested which the manager just removed 3 months ago replacing walls, i did detect some mold in the same area. I started sleeping in the first bedroom which has supicious looking bumps and lumps in the ceiling with paint over them. Technically, i have started a cough wheezing, burning, inchy eyes, burning of the throat chest pains., i first thought it was just my asthma for four months,so the doctor put me on nebulizer treatments two to three times per da, ive been doing it one and a half months now, but my symtoms appear to be getting worst, last night , my eye burned, turned bllod shot red ive been gaging every night. i said i was going to reserch it to night and go scrape some of the ceiling paint to see if mold is under it. (My neightbor showed me where his jacket hd mold thru the material this morning) scarry
