Hi. I m 16 and I m having symptoms of head aches, nausea, dizziness, and almost fainting. the other night I had such a bad headache I was screaming and crying. I ve had a migraine before and it wasn t close to that. I ve tried eating and feel instantly full after only a few bites. I feel like I m going to throw up but cannot. What s wrong with me, should I go see a doctor ?

Most likely, you are suffering from a severe attack of migraine. Still you need to see a neurophysician to rule out other pathologies and for proper treatment of migraine.
