I M Having Severe Pain In The Lower Stomach. The

I m having severe pain in the lower stomach. The first time was a few days ago. lasting several hours, the lower stomach was sore to the touch. this pain was worse than child birth. Today I had the same thing but didn't last as long. I have yearly colon exams. Looks like this could be lactose problems or diverticulitis, I have never had trouble with milk before . I am 69 years old and a female. At my last colon exam the doctor did say that I had a fatty tumor in the colon.
