I Missed My Period. Could I Be Pregnant Even With Negative Hpt ?

Hi, I recently was told that I had an ovarian cyst that rupurted, which one of the symptoms is a late period but its been way over a month since my last period. I was wondering, since I haven't had my period since 8/4/10 could I be pregnant even with a negative test result??

There are chances u might be pregnant.. Esp an ectopic one. There are chances that even in ectpic preg the UPT might be positive.
I strongly suggest an USG abdomen and not trust the UPT
