I Missed My Period.Could I Be Pregnant?

hello doc

i had my periods on 2nd july and then it has stopped.in the mean time i was advised to try and given susten 200 and ovofer.but i missed my periods.yester day i did a urine test thru elisa method but it was negative.can i still be pregnant.i dnt understand?i am confused.

Normally pregnancy test comeositive as soon as you miss the period but sometimes its not especially on delayed cases.beta hcg level will tell you the truth. USG at six weeks will also help.
