I Need Help On How To Gain Weight

Hi, I am 27 years married women. I am very under weight. We are plannig to have a kid. I need help on how to gain weight. I am only 38 kilo and my height is 5.2.

Ya for your height and age , you ar e really underweight and you need to increase it to better your appearance. There are quite a few chances for you to improve but that needs a good diet. My sister-in-law was 5'4 and just 45 kgs, but finally she came to this site and used a diet chart which really did help her. Now she is about 53 kgs over 3 months of using it. And does look really better now.
