I Need To Blow My Nose Every Morning. Why?
when i wake up in the morning and few minutes lated, i feel the sudden need to blow my nose. I have to blow my nose for about 20-30 minutes. I don't think this is normal, and i'm kind of worried. can anybody tell me what causes this problem, and how to seek medical attention. thanks

this is a tick habitual tick, to leave that you need to consult a psychatric doctor
Hi well come to HCM.
It seems you are getting nasal block due to collection of secretion if you have allergic
rhinitis. There could be nasal obstruction as well like polyp or deviated nasal septum
which can add to obstruction. Take anti allergic like cetrizine and if mno benifit out of it
consult ENT surgen To rule out obstruction if any due to mentioned condition. Take
care. Thanks
