There is no speciic cleansing system. Drink lots of water , alkanise your urine by taking Citrlka 2tsf twice a day in a glass of water. This will help in excretion.You need to engage yourself in good habits. Eat well , exercise well. Lead a busy life.Best of luck.

Drink a lot of water, utalize steam rooms/ saunas... I am not posative but naicin and/ or nux vomica 200 may be helpful as well.
