I Noticed I Have Been Bleeding Alot Lately Down There.

I noticed I have been bleeding alot lately down there. I thought my periods have just longed but my boyfriend noticed it's been over 3 none stopping months, and it's gotten worse recently. I figured out that everytime I have sex I also bleed. And even when it's just master bating and I will bleed for at least 2 full days. Should I be worried? I am on the implant for contraception I have a 15month old daughter and I'm 17.
