I Noticed Bright Red Blood In The Toilet After A

I noticed bright red blood in the toilet after a bowel movement. It did not appear to be from the stools but perhaps from hemorrhoids but not sure. My age is 59, male, and I have a history of stomach issues including duodenal ulcers years ago. The only medication I take is over the counter lansoprazole. I scheduled an appointment with my primary. In the mean time any suggestions? or what it might be? - YYYY@YYYY
