I Noticed These Little Red Patches That Look As If

I noticed these little red patches that look as if my skin peeled off inside the upper part of my vagina. There is not burning when I pee. Sometimes it might sting a tad a few minutes later. I don't notice a smell I have has this feeling before and thought it was a cleaning issue of smegma build up under the hood and it want away it was itchy and uncomfotrable I never checked far in so don't know if I had the patches. Sometimes I see a clear or milky discharge. Also started after my period. It sort of feels like a prickly annoying feeling in the hood area. It also kind of hurt sex wise last night and it felt raw. I fingerd myself a but and it kind of hurt but felt better.
