I Noticed When I Wiped, Red Spot In My Pee, Please Suggest Me

For about two weeks I have been having an unusual feeling in my vaginal area and before I noticed when I wiped there was ONE LIGHT drop of blood. What ever this is makes me feel like I have to pee a lot but it turns out to be a few drops.

This is an alarming sign and I would certainly suggest you to see a Urologist/Gynecologist as early as possible.
