I Often Suffer From Migraine Headaches But For The Past

I often suffer from migraine headaches but for the past 2 days I've had a constant headache that differs from my usual migraine. (Please note I was diagnosied with Lupus {SLE}, Neuropathy, Raynoids & Vasculitis of the Brain). I keep getting a recurring swollen, mushy, fluid looking bump on my forehead almost between my brows on the left side above brow - ranges from the size of penny to a nickel. My head and neck continue to hurt but eases for a few minutes then moves to another spot on my head. Its like the bump emerges as my headache starts to ease and gradually vanish when my headache returns to maxium pain. Any ideas? I dont want to go to hospital over a headache but want to be sure it doesnt sound like an aneuresm or something like that...
