I Received My Results Today From A Progensa PCA3 Test
I received my results today from a Progensa PCA3 test and my score is 69. I have had two PSA tests six months apart and my PSA levels remained constant with a total PSA of 2.6 and PSA free of 13%. I am 55 years old with no family history of prostrate cancer. Does this warrant an immediate prostrate biopsy or is it more prudent to wait a set amount of time and do another PSA3 test to see if the levels have changed before having a biopsy?
