I Recently Had An MRI And X-rays Done. I'm Not

I recently had an MRI and x-rays done. I'm not scheduled to see the doctor to discuss the results for two more weeks. I have no idea how to read these results. Could you help me understand them and what treatments would I possibly be recommended.

MRI:
Findings: Normal morphology and signal of the cervical spinal cord.
Normal alignment and vertebral body heights. Mild narrowing of C5-C7
disc spaces. No focal bone marrow signal abnormalities.

Multilevel posterior osteophyte disc complexes and bilateral facet
arthropathy. Mild bilateral foraminal narrowing C4-5. Mild central
stenosis and bilateral foraminal narrowing C5-6. Left foraminal
narrowing and mild central stenosis C6-7.

IMPRESSION:
1. Mild spondylotic changes of the cervical spine as above.

---------------
X-RAY
Impression:

There is slight narrowing of the C5-6 disc space with spurring. There
is no significant change with flexion and extension
