I recently had an MRI and x-rays done. I'm not scheduled to see the doctor to discuss the results for two more weeks. I have no idea how to read these results. Could you help me understand them and what treatments would I possibly be recommended.
MRI: Findings: Normal morphology and signal of the cervical spinal cord. Normal alignment and vertebral body heights. Mild narrowing of C5-C7 disc spaces. No focal bone marrow signal abnormalities.
Multilevel posterior osteophyte disc complexes and bilateral facet arthropathy. Mild bilateral foraminal narrowing C4-5. Mild central stenosis and bilateral foraminal narrowing C5-6. Left foraminal narrowing and mild central stenosis C6-7.
IMPRESSION: 1. Mild spondylotic changes of the cervical spine as above.

There is slight narrowing of the C5-6 disc space with spurring. There is no significant change with flexion and extension
