I Recently Had Blood Work Done And My Thyroid Level

I recently had blood work done and my thyroid level was elevated. Then my doctor ordered an ultrasound and bloodwork again to check my thyroid. My tyroid level was normal. I wanted to know what it means on my ultrasound results when it states " NONSPECIFIC THICKENING OF THE ISTHMUS " and also it states " Nasocystic and measuring 8 mm in AP dimension but no discreat nodule is evident. Mt right thyroid lobe measures 2.3 × 1.7 x 6.2 cm and the left lobe measures 2.3 x 2.0 x 5.4 cm. What does all of this mean.
