I Recently Started Taking Methotrexate(two Doses). Towards The End Of

I recently started taking methotrexate(two doses). Towards the end of the first dose I started to get a sore in my mouth. I then took the second dose and the sore in my mouth escaladed. Horrible. I went to my doctor and she prescribed FAMVIR. I then started having hellacious headaches and sores around my ear along with a very sore and pressured ear. I have large sores on my lips and white with red blotchy spots which are very sensitive; like pins and needles. My ear ache has only gotten worse. She prescribed Ofloxacin Opthamolic solution. I administered this as prescribed-then within a short period of time began itching greatly. Called my doctor she said not to take any more. I also have Azithromycin tablets to start, but I'm very scared that I may have another reaction. My ear is infected so now what do I do for relief? I haven't been able to hear out of it for days. Along with the extreme pressure. Does anyone have a thought on my dilemma?
