I Recently Went To The GYN And Got Tested For

I recently went to the GYN and got tested for everything .. STDS, Infdctions etc. It all came back negative but they said I appeared to have a vaginal infection. BV.. They gave me Metronidazole to take. However, I was still having sex with my boyfriend so I'm not sure that it worked. Tonight I just saw these dry patches of skin on my inner thigh. I took a deeper look and it goes up to my vagina but not in it. It's just white and dry circles. I immediately took a shower and the circles weren't white amymore or flakey but it looks slightly pink inside the cirlces. The circles aren't raised. HELP!
