I Rubbed Ibufin Into A Small Scratch On My Leg

I rubbed Ibufin into a small scratch on my leg by mistake while rubbing it on my leg for pain . the leg went terrible red and swollen
, nearly 3 times the size . the skin now is very rough and itchy still swollen .I have a small cut on and water is coming out all the time I am using ladies pads to help, can you advise its affecting my nerves and living on my own now after 70 yrs of marrage
