I Seem To Have An Area Just Below And To

I seem to have an area just below and to the right of my right knee of skin that pulls and doesn't seem to stretch like skin normally does. It feels like there is no "stretch" in a very distict area that is very uncomfortable when I have to squat down and bend that area of my knee/leg. It has been going on for several months. There is no visible rash or discoloration. It feels like a pulling of skin...
