I Spotted Blood In My Underwear After Sex

The past two times I've had sex in the past week I spotted about a quarter sized amount of blood in my underwear after...not very much blood. I've had the same partner for almost a year. What could be the problem ?

Hi.. Bleeding following sexual intercourse may be due to minor trauma or following infection.. Use sterile and clean tampoon to reduce the bleeding.. If persisting an examination is needed...
