I Started My Very First Period. Need Your Suggestions

I started my very FIRST period August 2nd. I go back to school September 2nd. Will I get my period on that day ? (that would suck) I thought it was every month that you got it, so would it fall on that day ? Will it be very heavy ? Thanks!

Nope. Well, maybe. When you first start it may come a week later or 6 months later. You never know. So just be prepared.
