I Still Have This Symptom And Wonder What May Be Causing It ?

I visited Honduras March 21-31, 2010. While there I experienced dizziness when getting up from lying down. I still have this symptom and wonder what may be causing it. The dizziness typically lasts 5-15 seconds.

When you are getting up suddenly the blood supply shall be varied for a while due to the effect of gravity. That can cause such disturbance.
