I Suffer From Bipolar, I Haven't Had Any Problems For

I suffer from bipolar, I haven't had any problems for 15 1/2 years. I had a heart attack last August and I have also have been under a lot of stress since then. I got my doctor to prescribe .5 mg Xanax. Yesterday I had him give me a prescription for Paxal. He is out of town for a couple of weeks and I I feel really bad since I took Paxal last night. Could I be having problems because Xanax is still in my system?
I take a lot of heart medications
