I Supposedly Was Diagnosed With Lupus About 5 Years Ago

I supposedly was diagnosed with lupus about 5 years ago so maybe this is a factor in my question. I've been working at ups for about 3 months now but around the 2nd month at night while I was asleep I would wake up to this pain in my right arm and tingling sensation and swelling in my hand. It would last for about 5 min. Then I took leave from work for about 2 weeks close to the end of 2 week I stopped having the pain. Well I've been working again since the 18th of Dec and now the pain in back but now it's in both hands , lasts longer and is happening throughout the day. Doesn't matter if I'm sleep or not. WhAT COULD BE WORNG
