I Swallowed A Piece Of Popsicle Wrapper 3 Or 4

I swallowed a piece of popsicle wrapper 3 or 4 days ago its stuck in my throat. It carts from I forgot all about it to oh my god this plastic will end up killing me. At the worst end of the scale it literally feels like I'm choking to death on it. Lmk ast night I threw up so many times bust still feel plastic. I can feel it In my throat i can feel it move upon breathing just not moving enough to dis lodge. If i go to er I'm wondering how they'd treat this
