I Swallowed My Own Semen A Few Days Ago. The

I swallowed my own semen a few days ago. The last few days ive had a really bad cough and i can feel pain at thw bottom of my throat due to the coughing. My voice as a result of this cough is not as good as it was. I also went swimming the day after and think this could just be a normal cold or cough as i showered twice that day. What do you think. Theres no blood being coughed out but i cam cough out a small amount of thick yellow material resembling semen ive coughed this out 4 or 5 times in 3 days.
