I Take Effexor 75mg And Vyvanse 40mg Everyday. I Suffer

I take Effexor 75mg and Vyvanse 40mg everyday. I suffer from major depression disorder and was put on Vyvanse to help concentrate at work. I've always had headaches but when I started the Vyvanse my headaches got worst. I hate switching, stopping, getting on new meds so I've just been dealing with the headaches/eye aches. From the time I wake up to the time I go to bead, the aches are unbearable. Do you think this has anything to do with the combination of the drugs?
Honestly in the beginning, the Vyanse definitely helped me focus better but I just feel immune to it now. I need my Effoxer no doubt, but I still get my major depression episodes 1-2 times a month for as as long as 1-2 weeks. My doctor called me in Seroquel today, and after researching, my anxiety is bad just thinking about taking it .. Could you maybe ease my mind on the Seroquel? Do you think I should take it? And as far as the Vyvanse and Effexor, do you think the combination is the cause of my headaches?
