I Take Bio Identical Progesterone Cream For A Hormonal Imbalance

I take bio identical progesterone cream for a hormonal imbalance and it has been working great for years up until a couple of months ago... I'm not sure what us causing it not to work as well as I feel I'm unbalanced again, but I have taken plan b 3x in the last year. Could this be the cause if these hormonal symptoms again? (Weight gain (mostly around the middle) irritability, thinning hair, thinking body hair, anxiety)
