I Think I Damaged The Bone Directly Under My Left

I think I damaged the bone directly under my left eye directly above the corner of my mouth. I can feel the distortion with my fingers comparing side to side. The distortion is about 8mm which makes sense I was hit by the handle of a jack that had an 8mm bolt protruding form it. There has been no sign of concussion. Cheek bone to the left side of my nose has been numb for days now
