I think I had a contact allergic dermatitis I now have red tiny dots and black tiny dots on my body doesn't really itch anymore I'm on Benadryl oral prednisone and a prescription strength gel as well as Bactrimthe black dots look like birthmarks they just recently appeared around my nipple the side in my chest I'll be happy to provide pictures
