I Think I Had A Heart Attack When I I Was On Bike

This happened a few weeks ago and I mentioned it back then... but I was coming home after riding my bike and it winded me pretty good. I got inside and my chest just -hurt-. I thought my heart was going to beat out of my chest. I could barely breathe and my whole jaw hurt, right to my teeth. It lasted for what seemed like forever. I finally just stumbled into the shower and let the water run while I sat on the floor. Once it passed, it felt like I had been hit in the chest with a baseball bat or something. The kicker? I m 19, one month from 20. But now I feel fine... I just don t take that hill anymore on cold nights. Am I looking too into this?
