I Think I Was A Bit Constipated. I Am Not Sure What To Do

Alright, so I think I was a bit constipated, so I took these chocolate ex-lax. The box said to take 3, so I took 3. well, it turns out that one little brick actually has 6 lax s in it! so that means all together I took 18! Im really scared. and im not sure what to do. may be the chocolate ex lax s dont work ? omg! please help!

I would at least call you doctor's office to see if they would have any advice. Does the label mention something like "Do not take more than the recommended dosage"?
