I Think I Have Prostatitis, And Went To An Urgent

I think i have prostatitis, and went to an urgent care. They prescribed both a z pack and flomax. I didn't even get the flomax, filled because before when I have had these symptoms the z pack has cleared things up pretty fast. But now, with still two days of z pack to take, my symptoms continue. Should I go ahead and get the flomax, or wait till I'm done with antibiotics first?
