I Thought I Had A Shin Splint From Exercising, However

I thought I had a shin splint from exercising, however the pain wouldn't go away. After a couple of days, the muscles in my lower leg starting hurting and now it's been 2 weeks and it's swelling really bad, I can't even cross my legs, it feels like the muscle is being ripped away from the bone. The swelling is in my lower leg, my ankle and my Achilles is tight. I tried, A535 and Voltaren. Help please. Thanks.
