I Took Plan B About A Week Ago (it Was

I took plan b about a week ago (it was about 20 mins after a ripped condom incident and my boyfriend ejaculating inside of me) I got my period 4 days ago but my concern is that In the morning of day 2 of my period I had very painful cramps, by the afternoon I used the restroom and as I wiped there was something I had never seen come out of me before during my period. It looked white and cloudy. Is it possible I would've been pregnant but due to taking plan b it rejected the fertilized egg that was trying to implant itself into my uterus?
