I Took Venlafaxine For 3 Years With Tamoxifen. My Doctor

I took venlafaxine for 3 years with Tamoxifen. My doctor took me off the tamoxafin and put me on a new drug for 1 more year. She said I wouldn't need the venlafaxine for the hot flashes anymore. She told me to take one pill every other day for a month. I only had 2 weeks worth to do this. My last pill was Thursday. Monday morning I was a little "out of my body " but suddenly I got out of my chair, walked into HR and laid down my keys, phone and credit card and said I quit. This in NOT LIKE ME! I don't remember driving home, cried for hours and was VERY VERY suicidal. What do I do now. I have no job and I don't know if I should go back on this drug or be glad that episode is over. I have NEVER experienced such compulsive, destructive behavior in my life. What do I do now? Now I'm depressed because right before Christmas I have destroyed my life.
