I Use To Wash My Hand To Avoid Sweats And It Becomes Very Dry
hi my hand sweats alot, like alot, you have no idea..for that reason i always wash my hand with cold water in order to cool it down, and because of that..the skin arround my hand became very dry..but if i try to put some lotion or vaseline to make it smoother..i fear that i will sweat again coz it has some moisture..what shall i do???pleease help me????????

Not to worry. Avoid excess hand washing as it will prone to eczema and dry skin but sweating will still be there. There are topical anti-perspirants you can apply on your palms you can get from Pharmacy. Best treatment is small surgery on the neck region to destroy the small nerve body which causes sweating then you will have complete cure. It's called Sympathetectomy. Consult a Neurosurgeon in this for best treatment.

most common things is Generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, occupational stress, phobias. If thyroid function test normal, you should be consult a psychiatrist for stress, anxiety related disorder, otherwise consult dermatologist they will help u with iontophoresis technique, it will close sweat pores partially.

Hello, welcome to HCM. Excessive sweating is a condition called hyperhydrosis. It could be due congenital, due to excessive sympathetic activity or disorders like throid function derranged or diabetes. You should visit a dermatologist who can prescribe you aluminimu chloride containing anti perspirants, anti cholinergic drugs or botulinum toxin based on your condition. Wish you good health.
