I Want To Know If Darloac Z And Darolac Plus Are Same Medicines, Please Advice

Hi, I want to know if Darloac Z and Darolac Plus are same medicines. I am 33 Yrs old and my doctor has advised me Darolac Plus but I am not getting this medicine in any Pharmacy shop, and Paharmacist s say that it now comes as Darolac Z. Please guide if it s safe to use Darolac Z in place of Darolac Plus. Many Thanks In Advance !
