I Was At Work Two Days Ago. My Right Arm

I was at work two days ago. My right arm suddenly started going numb. My hand started getting cold and I lost a lot of strength in that arm and hand. It lasted for over a hour. That was at 1pm. That night is happened again for about 20 min. I have a reverse curve of the neck that I have been going to the chiropractor for. I am a 30 year old female. I just have a feeling that I should be concerned. It was very scary.
