I Was Awakened At 3am Sunday Morning With Severe Chest

I was awakened at 3am Sunday morning with severe chest pain and could hardly speak due to the pain. It only last for 1-2 mins. I have had this only 1 time prior to this and a couple of years ago. In the summer of 2014 I was told that I had a mild heart attack and went through the series of test and there was no sign of blockage and told to go home basically. I had been out for a very relaxing evening so was not feeling stressed.
Can you give me some idea or reason why this would be happening? I can't afford to go through the testing process but don't want to neglect my health either.
