I Was Bleeding Heavy From My Vagina For About A

I was bleeding heavy from my vagina for about a week, it wasn't a period as I was nowhere close to starting my period and it did not behave like a period, there was no flow with the bleeding. The bleeding would only happen when I was either urinating or having a bowel movement and it would disappear after a few wipes and not come back again until I would use the bathroom again. I also would have really bad pain that would radiate all over my pelvis to my ovaries and into my back and up to my right kidney, it wasn't period cramping but a completely different kind of pain that would come in waves and in intensity, it would be especially worse when blood would come out while using bathroom. It wasn't the usual period cramps as I know what those feel like and it was nothing like period cramps, it was a different kind of pain that I never felt before.

I went to the OBYGN and he did a pelvic exam as well as pressed my stomach which caused me some discomfort and I had discomfort as well when he pressed on the inside during pelvic exam. He commented that there was alot of discharge with blood in it and did a swab to be sent off to check for infection as well set me up for a ultrasound, he also gave me antibiotics in case it was a infection.

I had my ultrasound and noticed she was checking blood flow and measuring different things which made me nervous, she of course didn't say anything and I'm currently awaiting results on that. She did on stomach ultrasound and did vaginally as well which I had discomfort when she did it vaginally, especially when she would move it around, there was alot of pain. I did get swab test back and he said he was writing me a prescription for a couple different kinds of yeast medicine but I don't have any usual symptoms for yeast such as burning, itching, redness, rash or anything like that so I don't know why that would come back as a yeast infection when I don't have any symptoms for it.

For about 3 days or so the bleeding stopped and I thought maybe the antibiotics was working but now the pain in my pelvis, ovaries and lower back has now spread down to my legs as well. My entire lower half throbs so bad that i can barely move and this morning the bleeding has returned, I thought it was my period because I am due for it now, however it is behaving just like was a week ago. No flow, just bleeding only when I either urinate or have a bowel movement and I know it's coming from my vagina because I put in a tampon to test it.

I have also been extremely lightheaded and dizzy and it seems to only be getting worse, lastnight it was so bad that i couldn't move and I was having visual disturbances where the room looked like it was moving. I'm starting to get really worried as I know that abnormal bleeding and pain can be a symptom of cancer and I have had lots of different cancer scares in the past.

I had a baby on March 29, 2015 and been on birth control since April 2015, the brand of birth control is named Tri-Estarylla. What do you think this is? Could this be some sort of yeast infection even though I don't have yeast infection symptoms or could this be something else? I'm 30 years old by the way.

I don't think it's breakthrough bleeding from my birth control as I have had it before when I was on birth control a while back and it never behaved like this, it always acted like a mini period with a flow, this bleeding does not have a consistent flow to it, it only happens when I use the bathroom. It comes and then disappears after a few wipes and does not return until I use the bathroom again, there is never any blood on my underwear.
