I Was Diagnosed With 2 Movement Disorders In My Late

I was diagnosed with 2 movement disorders in my late 20's, myoclonus and an essential tremor. In the past month, my myclonus has become a fast and visible jerk. My primary care doctor thought it was medication related and stopped my muscle relaxer. I continue to shake but not constantly. My head, legs, hands, knees and hips are all involved when it's at its worst. No history of Parkinsons in my family, but I have a sister with MS. What could these symptoms indicate? I have an appointment with a neurologist but not for another 3+ weeks. Thank you.
