I Was Diagnosed With Transversematalitus At Age 2 And It

I was diagnosed with transversematalitus at age 2 and it instantly paralyzed me from the waist down. 3 years ago I was diagnosed with Esophageal caner that had spread to my stomach. I had surgery to remove it and was in the hospital for 3 years. the doctor at that time put me on Norco and Altram for the pain and it has gotten alot worse in the past 5 months due to my scoliosis and now he want me on Fentora. According to what I have found that would be a huge risk that it could suddenly paralyze me from the neck down this time but he says that there is no other option for me! What on earth should I do?
