I Was Go To Singapore One Month Ago.. But Medical

I was go to singapore one month ago.. but medical examination said i was unfit because of "FIBROSISTIC TISSUE seen in LUNGS" they said. I have active TB in 3 yrs ago i know but they said unfit. And came to india i conduct a medical test and doctor says it was a SCAR of HEALED TUBERCULOSIS.. and it is not removed at any way they said.. it have any option to remove that TB SCAR in medical field???? please help me i was lost my future... i want to go singapore and i must go... plzz help
