I Was In A Car Accident In May This Year

I was in a car accident in May this year resulting in a pelvic fracture. A large heamatoma then formed on my thigh. I was advised that it will go away with time. The size reduce to some extent but then stayed the same. Some purple spots appeared on the bruise and I was given an ointment for bed sores. Now I have an ulcer which is being drained via a blake drain. I'be had the drain for three weeks now and there is still some fluid coming out. I wantedbto hear your views on wjether it would be advisable tovdebribe the wound or keep the drain in place till the fuid release ceases.
