I Was In A Motorcycle Wreck About A Month Ago.

I was in a motorcycle wreck about a month ago. Every sence i have dizzy spells and feels like im going to pass out. If i set,stand or turn my head and or body too fast. Last few days my rt ear has been feeling sort of stoped up. And today i blew my nose and it seemed to come out my rt ear??? Uea just what i thought. A bunch of fake ass bull shit.
