I Was In Recovery From Using Crystal Meth, I Went

I was in recovery from using crystal meth, I went to methadone clinic 6 months I had them do a 21 day wean from 65 mg. My last dose was DEC 20th 3 mg. As time goes on my concentration is horrible I can't remember if I soaped my back in the shower my head is everywhere. I was reading a help chat group story log a lot of people claim they have ADHD once doing crystal meth so long, I used every day for about 3 years went to heroin 4 months then clinic. I want to be clean and I can't even hold a job get my home clean my head is all over. I lock myself in my home. I already take anxiety med. I was told by my mom I was prescribed adderal at age 5 to 7. I'm 37 now. Am I every gonna be normal? Its getting worse_ I almost caused a fire trying to cook. I even forget to eat and I'm hungry.
