I Was In The Hospital For 7 Days Last Month

I was in the hospital for 7 days last month with pylenophristis and got a 9mm kidney stone but infection went into my bloodstream and was on a pain pump antibiotics through my iv well went to Dr 3 days ago cause I'm hurtling in my back, sides,can't eat, fever, weak,and headaches with my sugar being high burns when I pee so I have a UTI Dr put me on antibiotics but not helping so what do I need to do
