I Was Just Prescribed 20 Mg Xaralto. I Was Checking

I was just prescribed 20 mg xaralto. I was checking to see if there are interactions with some supplements I am taking. I am a little concerned about the side effects of this drug. Any thoughts or things I need to be aware of? I read there is a 10 MG Xaralto. I was was going to ask my doctor if maybe I could start with that dosage. Thought? I had a TIA and will be wearing a heart monitor to see if I have Afib. If not, I am hoping to come off the Xaralto. I read that coming off the drug can also cause clots. Is there a safe way to come off this medicine?
